The MMHA Executive is planning to host a Proof of Vaccination Verification in each of our communities. These Verifications will allow our members to share their proof of vaccination documents with an executive member to be recorded for the City of Kawartha Lakes and the OMHA.
The MMHA Executive is planning to host a Proof of Vaccination Verification in each of our communities. These Verifications will allow our members to share their proof of vaccination documents with an executive member to be recorded for the City of Kawartha Lakes and the OMHA. This will need to be done for every vaccine eligible individual before you can enter Manvers Arena. This only needs to be done once. If you cannot attend these Verifications, you will need to bring proof of vaccination to your first scheduled ice time.

Sunday, September 19th, 5:30pm-7:00pm - Janetville Park, Janetville
Please bring the following:
Proof of Vaccination (print or download second dose receipt),
Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate, Citizenship Card, Drivers Licence, Health Card, Indigenous Membership Card, Passport, Permanent Resident Card)
