Good Afternoon,

Please find attached the most recent Vaccine Policy updates from both the City of Kawartha Lakes and the OMHA.  Manvers Minor Hockey is required to meet all provincial, municipal, and OMHA regulations and will require Vaccine verification by the dates shown.

Sept. 22 - requires all spectators aged 12 years of age and older to show proof of vaccination in order to enter the arena (see City of Kawartha Lakes attachment for more details).

Oct. 31 - requires all Affected persons (players  born in 2009 or earlier, team officials (coaches trainers, managers, etc, Game official, association officials, OMHA officials, volunteers and instructors) to show proof of vaccination in order to participate in sanctioned activities during the 2021-2022 season.

Please see the OMHA Vaccine policy attached for further details including accommodation.

As this week marks the start of our hockey season, we are asking members to please let us know as soon as possible if your player is unable to continue with the hockey season due to these guidelines.

We wish to thank all members for their support and cooperation as we navigate through this situation.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you
